Step 5 : Final Touches

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and roughly chop the dill. Cut the cucumber into small cubes, and finely chop the mint leaves. Place the yogurt in a bowl, add the cucumber and mint leaves, and season with a pinch of black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well. Meanwhile, stir in the cherry tomatoes and dill, and drizzle olive oil in the cooked bulgur. Mix well.

350 ml Water
7 g Garlic
120 g Red Onion
140 g Green Zucchini
400 g Butter Beans
280 g Minced Beef
10 g Honey
60 g Red Cherry Tomato
8 g Fresh Dill
5 g Mint Leaves
140 g Cucumber
100 g Yoghurt Full Fat

Step 1 : Cook the Bulgur

Wash and rinse the bulgur, then add salted water to a small cooking pot and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, pour in the bulgur and cook for 7-9 minutes uncovered. Then, put the lid on and cook for another 13 minutes on low heat. Once cooked, remove from heat.

Step 3 : Cook the Veggies

Heat a non-stick cooking pan over medium-high heat, and drizzle with oil. Once hot, add the zucchini and cook for 3-5 minutes. Then, add the garlic, onion, a pinch of salt, and black pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.

Step 2 : Prep the Ingredients

Peel and chop the garlic and red onion, and cut the zucchini into small pieces. Drain and wash the butter beans.

Step 4 : Cook the Beef

In the same pan, drizzle more oil, add the minced beef, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Return the zucchini to the pan, add the butter beans, and drizzle with honey. Season with a pinch of black pepper and salt to taste, and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!

Serve the honey beef and butter beans over the herby bulgur with a side of yogurt.
