Step 5 : Make the Salad
Peel and cube red onion. Chop cucumber, tomato, red chili (spicy), and coriander leaves. Squeeze lemon juice over these, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 1 : Prep the Ingredients
Peel and finely chop garlic and ginger. Trim green beans, cutting them in half. Grate or finely chop cauliflower. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Step 3 : Make the Sauce
Add tomato sauce and a measured amount of water, simmering for 3-6 minutes. Season with black pepper and salt. Stir in cooking cream, simmer for 2-4 minutes, then add butter and remove from heat. In another pan over medium-high, cook green beans in oil for 2 minutes.
Step 2 : Pan-fry the Chicken
In a pan with olive oil over medium-high heat, cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Mix in cumin and biryani spice, cooking another 30-60 seconds.
Step 4 : Make the Cauli Rice
In a separate pan, heat olive oil, add garam masala, then cauliflower, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 6 : Serve and Enjoy!
Serve cauliflower rice topped with butter chicken, green beans, and the mixed salad on the side.
